Valerie Seguin: Wayne, I finished reading “Seaside Glitter” awhile back. It was a great book. Congratulations! I anxiously await your next book. I used to love to hear you father tell stories. He’d be laughing throughout his tales and always left me wanting to hear more. I was never sure if his stories were fact or fiction. You obviously have inherited your father’s talent of storytelling. Seaside Glitter was full of suspense, tears, laughter along with great lessons in Geography. I loved the journey you took me on from Newmarket to Nova Scotia. I began to imagine it was me in the car with Richard. The suspense of whether John would ever come to his senses? The laughter about Bailey. Now that sounded like a Uncle Clifford story. Once again I truly loved your first book. I am honored to have such a wonderful author in our family.
I know your Mom, Dad and Noreen are smiling down on you. They will be as pround of you as Penny, John and Steve are.
Keep up the wonderful writing. I am sure if you interviewed members of our family you could probably find more interesting characters to write about. LOL! Love Valerie

Thanks Val. Sure do miss them and all our supportive and loving aunts and uncles. In calling Dad a storyteller you’ve rekindle many treasured memories. I suspect like most storytellers, Dad may have exaggerated the truth one or two times over the years. But he always did it with energy and style. Loved the way he always made the one he was with feel like the most important person in his world at that moment.

Rick Cartwright: Great book – well written and held my interest from the first chapter. Thanks Rick. Who would be your favourite character in the book?
